As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (410) 749-2161 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Shore Appliance Connection is proud to offer our own professional delivery service. Our local delivery charge is $50.00* and includes delivery, haul-away and setting the appliances in place.

White Glove Delivery Service

  • Home/residential delivery only.
  • We will deliver and install the product inside a customer’s home.
  • We will unbox and check the unit for damage and remove the trash / debris.
  • We will haul away and dispose of the old unit
  • We will set up and hook up the product to existing service. Service meaning existing water/gas lines with cut-off valve and plug-in electrical service for appliances.
  • Any custom installation the customer may need can be quoted on a case by case basis.
  • The White Glove service does not include the installation of stand alone under counter icemakers, dishwashers, disposals, over the range microwaves, single / double ovens, cooktops, or built in appliances such as hoods and built in refrigerators.
  • Once set up and installed the technician will go over the operation of the unit with the customer and answer any questions they may have.

Local Pickup

Shop Online

Local Pick Up is a free service that allows customers to order items online and pick them up in the store during our established warehouse hours. Local pick up is only available to local customers during checkout. Certain items are only available for in store pick up.

Purchase Online

Once you’ve chosen your items, you’ll go through our regular online checkout process to purchase your items. Select Local Pick-Up from the available shipping methods in the shopping cart or on the Shipping Information page. Once we’ve processed your order, we will send you two E-mails, an Order Confirmation E-mail that summarizes your purchases and a Local Pick-Up Notification Email when your items are ready for pick up.

Local Pick Up

Special Orders will be ready for pick up within 2 business days after being placed, you will be notified of any delays caused by availability. By default, the person who placed the order can pick up the items. An alternate pick up person can be specified during checkout by providing the designated individuals first and last name and E-mail address. Only the purchaser/designated pick up person can pick up the order. Orders will be held at the store for 7 days. If you have not picked up your order after 7 days, we will cancel the order and refund your card at the end of the holding period subject to Store Return Policy.

RETURN POLICY: Special ordered merchandise must be returned in original unopened carton and may be subject to 25% restocking charge plus return freight charges from the supplier.

To ensure your pick up goes smoothly, please bring the following items:

  • A copy of your Local Pick-Up Notification E-mail (Sales Order)
  • A valid photo ID (state issued ID or driver’s license)
  • The credit card used for your purchase

Someone else will be picking up your order

You and your designated pick up person will receive a Local Pick-Up Notification E-mail when your items are ready for pick up. Your designated pick up person will need to bring the following items:

  • A copy of your Local Pick Up Notification Email (Sales Order)
  • A valid photo ID (state issued ID or driver’s license)
