Our Delivery Service

We offer a local delivery charge of $99.00 which includes delivery & haul-away, this does not include the installation of the appliance(s). If you have any questions regarding our delivery area or installation services, do not hesitate to contact us.

The White Glove Delivery Service

  • Home/residential delivery only
  • Delivery & installation available
  • Unboxing and checking unit for damage
  • Removal of product trash/debris
  • Haul away & disposal of old unit
  • Setup and hook up the product to existing water/gas lines with cut-off valve & plug-in electrical service
  • Custom installation is quoted on a case by case basis
  • This White Glove service does not include under counter icemakers, dishwashers, disposals, over the range microwaves, single/double ovens, cooktops, or built-in appliances such as hoods and built-in refrigerators
  • A technician will go over everything once complete to ensure any questions or concerns are answered

Local Pickup

A Free service allowing our customers to order online & pick up in-store during the established warehouse hours. Pick up is only available to local customers during checkout. Certain items are only available for in-store pick up. Once your items have been selected, go through our checkout process to purchase these items, then select local pickup from the available shipping methods. Once processed, we will be sending an order confirmation and a local pickup notification both in the form of emails, giving you a summary of your purchase and letting you know when your items are ready for pickup.

Special Orders will be ready within 2 business days after the order was placed and we will notify you of any delays that may have occured. The person who placed the order must pick up the items unless an alternate pickup person was specified during checkout. Only the purchaser or designated pickup person can pick up the order. Orders are held for 7 days, after that we will cancel the order and refund your card at the end of the holding period subject to our return policy.

RETURNS: Special ordered products must be returned in original unopened packaging & may be subject to a 25% restocking charge plus any return freight charges from the supplier.

For a smooth pickup process, bring the following:

  • A copy of your Local Pickup E-mail
  • A valid photo ID (state issued ID or driver’s license)
  • The credit card used for the purchase (not necessary if using alternate pickup person)
